摘　　要：目的观察沟封闭术在口腔临床的应用效果及对龋齿预防的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月于本院进行牙齿检查的82名儿童作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各41名。对照组给予常规口腔保健教育,观察组采用窝沟封闭术治疗,比较两组龋齿发生率、口腔健康满意度及生命质量,统计观察组窝沟封剂完整保留率。结果观察组治疗后1、2、3年龋齿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口腔健康满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体疾病、一般状况、生理机能、物质功能、精力、情感功能、心理健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组1年完整保留率为97.56%,2年为92.68%,3年为87.80%。结论窝沟封闭术在龋齿预防中具有重要作用,能降低儿童龋齿发生率,提高其生命质量,整体效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of sulcus sealing surgery in oral cavity and the effectiveness of caries prevention.Methods 82 children who underwent dental examinations in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine oral health education,and the observation group was treated with dental sealant,the incidence of caries,oral health satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the complete retention rate of pit and fissure sealing agent in the observation group was counted.Results The incidence of dental caries in the observation group at 1,2 and 3 years after treatment was lower than the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with oral health in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical diseases,general condition,physiological function,material function,energy,emotional function,mental health,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1 year complete retention rate of the observation group was 97.56%,2 years was 92.68%,and 3 years was 87.80%.Conclusion Dental sealant plays an important role in the prevention of dental caries,it can reduce the incidence of dental caries and improve the quality of life,the overall effect is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
