摘 要:目的探讨外周血红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC)水平在评估非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者预后中的应用价值。方法将2020年3月至2022年3月于江西省婺源县人民医院就诊的NSCLC患者35例为试验组,将同期35名健康体检者作为对照组。比较2组RDW、β_(2)-MG、SCC水平,采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析NSCLC患者预后,Cox单因素及Cox多因素回归分析外周血RDW、β_(2)-MG、SCC水平与NSCLC患者预后的关系。结果试验组外周血RDW、β_(2)-MG、SCC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);35例NSCLC患者随访时间为12~36个月,疾病进展率为14%(5/35),其中复发转移率为6%(2/35),病死率为3%(1/35),Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示生存率为57%;Cox多因素回归分析显示RDW、β_(2)-MG、SCC是NSCLC患者预后的影响因素。结论NSCLC患者外周血RDW、β_(2)-MG、SCC水平明显升高,且与预后有关,可用于评估NSCLC患者预后。Objective To explore the value of peripheral blood red blood cells distribution width(RDW),β_(2) microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)levels in evaluating the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods Thirty-five NSCLC patients who visited our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the experimental group,and 35 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period were taken as the control group.Compared RDWβ_(2)-MG and SCC levels between two groups,Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to assess the prognosis of NSCLC patients,and Cox univariate and Cox multivariate regression analysis was performed on the relationship between the levels of peripheral blood RDW,β_(2)-MG and SCC and the prognosis of NSCLC patients.Results RDW in peripheral blood,β_(2)-MG and SCC were higher in the test group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up time of 35 NSCLC patients was 12-36 months,and the disease progression rate was 14%(5/35),with a recurrence and metastasis rate of 6%(2/35)and a mortality rate of 3%(1/35).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed a survival rate of 57%.Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that RDW,β_(2)-MG and SCC were influencing factors for the prognosis of NSCLC patients.Conclusion Peripheral blood RDW,β_(2)-MG and SCC levels significantly increased in NSCLC patients,and peripheral blood RDW,β_(2)-MG and SCC levels were related to prognosis,or could be used to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
