摘　　要：目的探究老年脑卒中住院患者疾病不确定感与应对方式及社会支持的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2016年7月至2017年12月在成都医学院第一附属医院神经内科治疗的208例老年脑卒中住院患者作为研究对象,采用一般信息调查表、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMO)和疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)进行调查。结果患者的疾病不确定感总分为(90.79±14.60)分,其中85.10%处于中等水平;在应对方式中,发现疾病不确定感总分与“面对”策略呈负相关(P<0.05),而与“屈服”策略呈正相关(P<0.05);疾病不确定感总分与主观支持、社会支持总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论本研究强调了老年脑卒中患者的疾病不确定感、应对方式以及社会支持之间的相关性,医务工作者应鼓励患者采取积极、有效的应对策略,为其提供必要的社会支持,以降低患者的疾病不确定感。Objective To investigate the correlation among illness uncertainty,coping modes and social support in elderly stroke patients hospitalized for treatment.Methods A total of 208 elderly stroke patients hospitalized in the Neurology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.General Information Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMO)and Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)were used for the invetigation.Results The total score of illness uncertainty was(90.79±14.60),with 85.10%of the patients at the moderate level.The total score of illness uncertainty was negatively correlated with the"confronce"strategy in coping modes,but positively correlated with the"resignation"strategy in coping modes(P<0.05).The total score of illness uncertainty was negatively correlated with the total scores of subjective support and social support(P<0.05).Conclusion This study highlights the correlation among illness uncertainty,coping modes,and social support in elderly stroke patients.Healthcare professionals should encourage patients to adopt positive and effective coping strategies,and provide them with necessary social support,so as to reduce their illness uncertainty.
