检测CEA、Pro-GRP、SCC-Ag和NSE对肺癌的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨检测血清胃泌素释放肽前体(pro-GRP)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)以及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平对肺癌患者的临床诊断意义。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月本院的132例肺癌患者为观察组,132例肺部良性疾病患者为良性对照组,且选取2021年1月至2021年12月于本院体检的132例健康者为对照组。检测且比较三组的CEA、pro-GRP、SCC-Ag和NSE水平。结果:观察组的血清CEA、pro-GRP、SCC-Ag和NSE水平明显高于对照组和良性对照组(P<0.05),且良性对照组的血清CEA、pro-GRP、SCC-Ag和NSE水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:检测CEA、pro-GRP、SCC-Ag和NSE对肺癌患者具有较好的诊断意义。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of detecting serum precursor gastrin-releasing peptide(pro-GRP),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)levels in the diagnosis of lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 132 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 132 patients with benign pulmonary disease were selected as the benign control group,132 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of CEA,pro-GRP,SCC-Ag and NSE in the three groups were detected and compared.Results:The serum levels of CEA,pro-GRP,SCC-Ag and NSE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the benign control group(P<0.05),and the serum CEA,pro-GRP,SCC-Ag and NSE in the benign control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of CEA,pro-GRP,SCC-Ag and NSE has good diagnostic significance for patients with lung cancer.
