实现共同富裕视域中人的全面发展的理路探析

摘　　要：人的全面发展是共同富裕的重要价值取向。实现共同富裕过程的渐进性、目标的整体性和实践的辩证性凸显人的全面发展的历史性、系统性和统一性等特点。结合中国实现共同富裕的历史和现实,从社会和个体角度分析,人的全面发展还存在一定的困境。物质生产不能完全契合人的全面发展的需要,人的全面发展内容与机会不均衡,个人追求全面发展的本领不强。因此,扎实推动共同富裕需要破除人的全面发展的阻碍,完善人的全面发展的实现理路,以高质量发展筑牢人的全面发展的实现根基,以全过程人民民主为人的全面发展提供制度保障,推进社会公正为人的全面发展提供均衡条件,以主体的精神富裕为人的全面发展提供内生动力,以建设生命共同体增强人的全面发展的后续能力。Comprehensive human development is a critical value tenet within the pursuit of shared prosperity.The gradual evolution towards achieving shared prosperity underscores the historical,systemic,and unified attributes intrinsic to comprehensive human development.Considering China's historical and current efforts towards achieving common prosperity there exist notable challenges in realizing comprehensive human development from both societal and individual perspectives.Material production does not fully cater to the requisites of comprehensive human development,there is an imbalance in the content and opportunities available for such development,and individual capabilities to pursue comprehensive development are relatively weak.Fostering shared prosperity requires overcoming hurdles to comprehensive human development and refining its implementation pathway.It also demands building a robust foundation for such development via high quality growth.Further.comprehensive people's democracy provides the necessary institutional safeguards.Promotion of social justiceaids in creating balanced conditions for comprehensive development.Spiritual affluence offers an endogenous power for this comprehensive development,Finally,building a life community bolsters the sustainable capability of comprehensive human development.
