摘　　要：制动气室是将压缩空气的压力转变为机械力,实现制动动作,用于车辆的减速或停车。制动气室具有稳定的输出力、良好的密封性等。作为车辆制动系统最主要的执行元件,制动气室的可靠性是保证车辆安全行驶的前提。本文详细介绍了制动气室的结构原理、选型匹配、安装要求、维护保养及故障排除。Brake air chamber is to transform the pressure of compressed air into mechanical force to realize braking action for deceleration or stopping of vehicles.Brake air chamber has a stable output force,good sealing,etc.As the most important executive component of the vehicle braking system,the reliability of the brake air chamber is the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle.This article describes in detail the structure principle of the brake chamber,selection and matching,installation requirements,maintenance and troubleshooting.
