从“厥”与“神”探析头火针治疗孤独症谱系障碍

摘　　要：总结刘清国教授运用头火针治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的临证经验。刘教授认为ASD属于中医学“厥证”的范畴,基本病机为“神不出窍”“神机逆乱”,头火针治疗当以“苏厥通阳,开闭启智”为要。运用火针点刺头部的前额叶、颞叶、顶叶三大脑功能区于头皮的投射点,必要时留针。穴位选择以神庭、本神、四神聪、百会为主,配伍率谷、风池、头临泣及通天穴,随症加减,临床疗效显著。从“厥”与“神”论治ASD可为该病的诊疗提供新思路、新方法。To summarize professor LIU Qingguo's clinical experience in treating autism specturm disorder(ASD)with scalp fire needling therapy.Professor LIU believes that ASD belongs to the category of‘Jue syndrome’in traditional Chinese medicine.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is‘shen does not go out of the body’and‘shen machine goes against chaos’.The treatment of scalp fire needling therapy should be based on‘dredge Jue and regulate yang,opening and closing to inspire intelligence’.Using fre needle prick the head of the frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe brain three functional areas on the scalp projection point,retaining needle when necessary.Mainly choose the acupoint of Shenting(GV 24),Benshen(GB 13),Sishencong(EX-HNL 1),Baihui(GV 20),with the change of symptoms,match with Shuaigu(GB 8),Fengchi(GB 20),Toulinqi(GB 15)and Tongtian(BL 7),it has a significant clinical curative effect.The study of ASD based on the theory of ‘Jue’and‘shen’can provide new ideas and methods for the the treatment of autism.
