摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的痴呆类型,表现为进展性的、不可逆转的多维度认知功能障碍。AD患者常伴有嗅觉系统的损害和功能障碍,内嗅皮层(EC)作为嗅觉环路的高级中枢,常在疾病早期就出现损伤。通过嗅觉途径干预AD患者以及模型,或者改善AD模型内嗅皮层病理,可以改善其病理沉积和认知功能障碍。艾灸干预可以改善AD患者及模型的认知功能,艾烟作为艾燃烧生成物之一,气味芳香,一定浓度艾烟吸嗅干预能够缓解AD模型的病理沉积。文章从AD与嗅觉系统的关系、AD病程中EC的变化及其临床应用进行综述,以期提供通过艾烟作用于EC控制并延缓AD进程的新思路。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common type of dementia in the elderly,manifesting as progressive and irreversible multidimensional cognitive impairment.AD patients are often accompanied by damage and dysfunction of the olfactory system,as the advanced center of the olfactory circuit,the entorhinal cortex(EC)is often damaged in the early stage of the disease.It has been found that intervention in AD patients as well as model through olfactory pathway,or improving the pathology of entorhinal cortex in AD model can improve their pathological deposition and cognitive dysfunction.Moxibustion intervention can improve the cognitive function of AD patients and models,and moxa smoke,as one of the moxa combustion products,has an aromatic odor,and a certain concentration of moxa smoke inhalation and olfaction intervention can alleviate the pathological deposition in AD models.The article reviewed the relationship between AD and the olfactory system,the changes of EC during the course of AD and its clinical application,with the aim of providing new ideas to control and delay the process of AD through the action of moxa smoke on EC.
