摘　　要：《卫生宝鉴》为元代易水学派医家罗天益所著,其崇经宗典、奉时重道,笔者认为其养生观体现着“与天合一、与地同德、顺四时阴阳”的理念,不仅在指导当代养生方面有借鉴价值,同时对后人防病、诊病、治病等均有启迪意义。故笔者据其服药观、饮食观、就医观、医治观4个方面探讨养生观及其当代价值,以望为当代大众的健康观念提供些许借鉴。Weisheng Baojian was wrtten by LUO Tianyi,a doctor of the Yi Shui school in Yuan dynasty,who revered the scriptures and the classics,and comformed to the laws of time and nature.The authors believe that the idea of‘unity with heaven,sharing the same virtue with earth,harmony with the yin and yang of the four seasons'is reflected in the concept of health preservation,which not only provides reference value in guiding contemporary health preservation,but also enlightens the future generations in preventing,diagnosing and treating illnesses.Therefore,the authors explore the view of health preservation and its contemporary value based on four aspects:the view of taking medicine,diet,seeking for medical treatment and providing medical treatment,in the hope of providing some reference for the health concept of the contemporary public.
