摘　　要：目的研究儿童扁桃体腺样体低温等离子射频消融术后免疫功能变化探索性。方法数据取自本院2021年9月-2023年1月收治的150例扁桃体腺样体病变需手术治疗儿童患者,根据“疾病类型差异”分A组(单纯腺样体肥大,n=50)、B组(单纯扁桃体肥大,n=50)及C组(腺样体肥大伴扁桃体肥大,n=50),另择取同时期来我院健康体检适龄儿童50例作为对照组,均行低温等离子射频消融术,分析三组术后免疫功能情况。结果ABC组的CD3+、CD4+及CD4/CD8绝对值低于对照组,CD8+绝对值高于对照组,IgG、IgA、IgM值低于对照组,术后CD3+、CD4+及CD4/CD8绝对值高于术前,CD8+绝对值低于术前,IgG、IgA、IgM值高于术前,P<0.05。结论与健康儿童比较,扁桃体腺样体病变患儿接受低温等离子射频消融术后引起细胞、体液免疫下降。Objective To study the exploratory changes of immune function after low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of tonsillar adenoids in children.Methods The data were collected from 150 children with tonsillar and adenoid lesions who were admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 and required surgical treatment.They were divided into group A(simple adenoid hypertrophy,n=50),group B(simple tonsil hypertrophy,n=50)and group C(adenoid hypertrophy with tonsillar hypertrophy,n=50),and 50 healthy children who came to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation was used to analyze the postoperative immune function of the three groups.Results The absolute values of CD3+,CD4+and CD4/CD8 in the ABC group were lower than those in the control group,the absolute value of CD8+was higher than that of the control group,the values of IgG,IgA and IgM were lower than those of the control group,and the absolute values of CD3+,CD4+and CD4/CD8 were higher after operation Before operation,the absolute value of CD8+was lower than that before operation,and the values of IgG,IgA and IgM were higher than those before operation,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with healthy children,children with tonsillar and adenoid lesions have decreased cellular and humoral immunity after low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.
