重组人干扰素α2a栓、联合宫颈LEEP术及口服康妇炎胶囊在CIN合并HPV感染患者中的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析研究宫颈上皮内瘤变CIN合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者应用重组人干扰素α 2a栓联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)及术后口服康妇炎胶囊的治疗效果。方法 选取120例CIN合并HPV感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组患者选择宫颈LEEP术,术后口服康妇炎胶囊治疗;观察组患者在此基础上联合重组人干扰素α 2a治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后HPV高病毒载量占比。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HPV高病毒载量占比分别为68.33%和78.33%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者HPV高病毒载量占比5.00%,明显低于对照组的18.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CIN合并HPV感染患者采用重组人干扰素α 2a栓联合宫颈LEEP术及术后口服康妇炎胶囊治疗能够明显提高治疗效果,使HPV病毒载量降低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of recombinant human interferonα2a supposit combined with cervical circular electrotomy(LEEP)and oral Kangfuyan capsule after cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 120 patients with CIN combined with HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group selected cervical LEEP surgery and received oral Kangfuyan capsules after surgery.Patients in the observation group were given recombinant human interferon α2asuppository on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and proportion of high Viral load of HPV before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 78.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the proportion of patients with high Viral load of HPV in the two groups was 68.33%and 78.33%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the high Viral load of HPV accounted for 5.00%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 18.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CIN complicated with HPV infection,recombinant human interferon α2a supposit combined with cervical LEEP operation and oral Kangfuyan capsule after operation can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the viral load of HPV,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
