摘　　要：美丽中国建设目标是基于新时代中国特色社会主义实践所处的历史方位和人类文明发展的生态转向提出的,具有厚实的生态哲学基础。美丽中国建设目标科学地回答了“为什么要提出美丽中国建设”“建设什么样的美丽中国”和“如何建设美丽中国”这三个核心问题,解决了美丽中国建设目标的实现路径问题,第一次把“美丽”纳入到建设社会主义现代化强国的内容中,是中国共产党对如何展开中国式现代化和建设社会主义现代化强国长期探索的结果。其价值在于不仅形成生态文明建设的理论创新和实践创新,而且也体现了中国共产党对现代化发展规律和人类文明发展规律的认识的深化。The goal of building a Beautiful China is based on the historical position of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the ecological turn of the development of human civilization,which has a solid foundation of ecological philosophy.The goal of building a Beautiful China scientifically answers the three core questions of why,what and how to build a Beautiful China,and solves the problem of the path to realize the goal."Beautiful"is included in the content of building a modern socialist power for the first time,which is the result of Communist Party of China's longterm exploration on how to carry out Chinese-style modernization and build a modern socialist power.Its value lies not only in the formation of theoretical and practical innovation in the construction of ecological civilization,but also in Communist Party of China's deepening of his understanding of the law of modernization and the development of human civilization.
