摘　　要：目的构建儿童康复护理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为儿童康复护理专科护士的培养与评价提供参考。方法通过文献分析以及半结构访谈法拟定儿童康复护理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的初稿,并以德尔菲专家咨询法向15名专家进行两轮问卷函询,完成指标的修订与调整,并确定各项指标权重。结果最终形成了由8项一级指标、20项二级指标以及79项三级指标组成的儿童康复护理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。两轮专家函询的有效应答率分别为93.8%和100.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.88和0.91,肯德尔和谐系数范围分别是0.186~0.304、0.171~0.343(P<0.001)。结论儿童康复护理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有科学性和实用性,可为各级医院儿童康复护理专科护士的培养和评价提供参考。Objective To construct the core competence evaluation index system of child rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses,and provide reference for the training and evaluation of child rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses.Methods The first draft of the evaluation index system for the core competence of child rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses was drawn up through literature analysis and semi-structured interview,and then the Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 15 experts.Finally,the indexes were revised and adjusted,and the weights of each index were determined.Results The core competence evaluation index system of child rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses was formed,which was composed of 8 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 79 third-level indicators.The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 93.8%and 100.0%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.88 and 0.91 respectively,and the Kendall harmony coefficients ranged from 0.186 to 0.304 and 0.171 to 0.343 respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion The core competence evaluation index system of child rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses is scientific and practical,which can provide reference for the training and evaluation of child rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses in hospitals at all levels.
