生理-心理-环境多维度疼痛护理在前列腺癌骨转移患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析生理-心理-环境多维度疼痛护理对前列腺癌(PC)多发骨转移患者疼痛、负性情绪及泌尿功能的影响。方法选择郑州大学第一附属医院收治的108例PC多发骨转移患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(54例)和对照组(54例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受生理-心理-环境多维度疼痛护理。比较两组护理前后两组疼痛[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及泌尿功能[国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICI-Q-SF)]。结果两组护理前VAS、SAS、SDS、ICI-Q-SF评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后两组VAS、SAS、SDS评分均降低,ICI-Q-SF评分均提高(P<0.05),观察组VAS、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,ICI-Q-SF评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生理-心理-环境多维度疼痛护理可缓解PC多发骨转移患者疼痛程度,改善负性情绪,提高泌尿功能。Objective To analyze the effects of physiological-psychological-environmental multidimensional pain care on pain,negative emotions and urinary function in patients with multiple bone metastases of prostate cancer(PC).Methods One hundred and eight patients with bone metastasis of PC admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received usual care,and the observation group received physical-psychological-environmental multi-dimensional pain care.The two groups were compared with pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],negative mood[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],and urinary function[international urinary incontinence advisory committee urinary incontinence questionnaive(ICI-Q-SF)]before and after nursing care.Results There was no statistical difference in VAS,SAS,SDS and ICI-Q-SF scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,VAS,SAS and SDS scores were decreased,and ICI Q-SF scores were increased in both groups(P<0.05).VAS,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and ICI Q-SF score were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional pain care of physiological-psychological-environmental can relieve the pain degree of patients with multiple bone metastasis of PC,improve negative mood and improve urinary function.
