摘  要:高等教育的普及,后疫情时期市场经济下行,高校就业工作困难重重。根据收集527名毕业生在校期间各项特征数据,构建BP人工神经网络毕业生就业预测模型,随机采用11/12数据系列作为训练样本,剩下的1/12(一共44组数据)数据系列用于检验模型的正确性,模型运行后预测结果的准确度达到86.36%,具有较高的精度。该预测结果能够给高校就业工作部门提供一定参考,提高高校就业工作的预见性、针对性、精准性。With the popularization of higher education and the downward trend of the market economy in the post-epidemic period,there are many difficulties in employment in universities.Based on the characteristic data of 527 graduates during their school years,this paper constructed a BP artificial neural network graduate employment model.The 11/12 data series was randomly used as the training sample,and the remaining 1/12 data series(a total of 44 sets of data)were used to test the correctness of the model.The accuracy of the prediction results reached 86.36%after the model was run,showing a high accuracy.The predicted results can provide certain reference for the employment department of universities,and improve the predictability,pertinence,and accuracy of employment work in universities.
