摘 要:糖尿病已成为严重的全球性公共卫生问题,目前临床应用的大多数降血糖药物,都伴有一定副作用,严重影响患者的生活质量。因此,迫切需要关注延缓糖尿病及其并发症的非药物干预策略,如营养摄入和运动干预。采用DPP-Ⅳ抑制肽联合运动进行早期干预,可以延长运动产生的内源性GLP-1活性,是预防糖尿病和改善其治疗的理想选择。综述DPP-Ⅳ抑制肽、运动改善糖尿病机制,为评估联合治疗策略的基本机制提供依据。Diabetes has become a serious global public health problem,and most of the antiglycemic drugs currently in clinical use are accompanied by certain side effects,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Therefore,there is an urgent need to focus on non-pharmacological intervention strategies to delay diabetes and its complications,such as nutritional intake and exercise interventions.Early intervention with DPP-IV inhibitory peptide combined with exercise can prolong the endogenous GLP-1 activity produced by exercise,which is ideal for preventing diabetes and improving its treatment.This article reviews the mechanism of DPP-IV inhibitory peptide and exercise in improving diabetes,which provides a basis for evaluating the basic mechanism of combination therapy strategy.
