摘　　要：近年来,随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,体育产业逐渐成为经济增长和文化繁荣的重要支柱,我国体育事业的发展对于国家的整体发展和民族自信心的提升具有重要意义。体育院校和高校体育专业是培养优秀体育人才和推动体育事业发展的重要阵地,OBE培养模式的应用和发展也日趋受到重视。研究将结合现代体育需求和发展中的中国体育道路,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为基本背景,并结合我国实际对体育人才的需求,从育人、育德、教学模式、教学方法、线上线下混合式教学模式等方面进行深入探究,讨论高校体育人才发展的方向和OBE培养模式的应用范围,以期能够对高校体育人才的培养和体育事业的发展作出一定的贡献。In recent years,with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the sports industry has gradually become an important pillar of economic growth and cultural prosperity.The development of the sports industry in China is of great significance for the overall development of the country and the improvement of national confidence.Sports colleges and universities and physical education majors in colleges and universities are important positions to train excellent sports talents and promote the development of the sports industry,and the application and development of the OBE training mode have been increasingly paid attention to.The research will combine the needs of modern sports and the developing road of Chinese sports,take fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the basic background,combine with the actual demand for sports talents in China,conduct an in-depth exploration from the aspects of education,moral education,teaching modes,teaching methods and online and offline mixed teaching modes,and discuss the direction of college sports talent development and the application scope of the OBE training mode,in order to make some contribution to the training of college sports talents and the development of sports cause.
