摘　　要：从主尺度、舱壁设置,以及载重线3个方面解析《远洋渔船法定检验技术规则》中与工作甲板有关的规定,结合该规定对一艘37.5 m双甲板渔船计算分析工作甲板选取对双甲板渔船设计的影响,结果表明,工作甲板选取对双甲板渔船主尺度、水密舱壁和防撞舱壁的设置以及载重线3个方面影响较大;特别是设计吃水,决定了渔船不同的载货能力,工作甲板选下甲板时设计吃水小、载货量少。The provisions related to the working deck in The Technical Rules for Legal Inspection of Ocean Going Fishing Vessels was analyzed from three aspects:main dimensions,bulkhead setting and load line.Through the calculation of a 37.5 m double deck fishing boat,the influence of the selection of working deck upon the design of double deck fishing boat was investigated.The results showed that the selection of working deck has a great influence on the main dimension of double deck fishing boat,the setting of watertight bulkhead and collision bulkhead,as well as the load line;among them,the design draft has the greatest impact,which determines the different cargo carrying capacity of fishing vessels.When a lower deck was selected,the design draft should be smaller with smaller cargo carrying capacity.
