行动者网络下产业学院培育新型职业农民的机制与路径

摘　　要：行动者网络理论是当代社会技术科学领域的新哲学体系架构,强调异质主体间的认同、对话和磋商,以共同营造相互协调的行动之网,为产业学院培育新型职业农民研究带来新的视角。产业学院培育新型职业农民网络既包括产业学院、政府、高校、新型职业农民、行业企业等人类行动者,也包括教学资源、信息技术等非人类行动者,不同类型的行动者发挥着不同的功能和作用。产业学院培育新型职业农民的机制分为问题呈现、利益赋予、征召与动员、异议处理四个环节,为提升培育效益,应采取以下发展路径:分层分类,实行差异化培育;聚焦内生发展能力,提升综合素养;加强专业群建设,匹配区域产业;注重培育模式多元化,切合新型职业农民特征;构建多元协同机制,激发异质性的活力优势。The actor network theory is a new philosophical framework in the field of contemporary social and technological sciences,emphasizing the identification,dialogue,and consultation among heterogeneous entities to jointly create a coordinated network of actions.It brings new perspectives to the research of cultivating new vocational farmers in industrial colleges.The networking of industry colleges in cultivating new professional farmers encompasses human actors such as industry colleges,governments,universities,new professional farmers,and industry enterprises,as well as non-human actors such as teaching resources and information technology.Different types of actors play different functions and roles.The mechanism for cultivating new professional farmers in industry colleges consists of four stages:problem presentation,interest empowerment,recruitment and mobilization,and dissent handling.To enhance the effectiveness of cultivation,the following development paths should be taken.First,realize differentiated cultivation through hierarchical classification.Second,focus on endogenous development capabilities and enhance comprehensive literacy.Third,strengthen the construction of professional groups and match regional industries.Fourth,emphasize diversification of cultivation models based on the characteristics of new professional farmers.Fifth,build a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism to stimulate the advantages of heterogeneity.
