摘  要:本文以粤西某高速公路建设项目为例,开展建设施工前期放射性调查及对施工人员的健康评估研究。根据工程特点,确定辐射环境影响主要因子为γ辐射剂量率、空气中氡浓度、岩(土)放射性核素含量等。据调查线路区域推荐线路两侧200m范围内均无异常点。在此基础上,计算的隧道掘进中γ辐射剂量率与隧道内氡释放量均为正常水平,通过健康计算评估,在不采取辐射防护措施时,隧道施工人员所受剂量均低于有效剂量约束值要求。A preliminary radioactive investigation and health assessment of construction personnel were conducted during the early stage of a highway construction in western Guangdong.Based on the characteristics of the project,the main factors affecting the radiation environment are determined to beγradiation dose rate,radon concentration in the air,radioactive nuclide content in rock(soil),etc.According to the investigation,there are no abnormal points within 200m on both sides of the recommended route area.Based on this,the calculatedγradiation dose rate and thereleaseof radon in tunnel excavation are both at normal levels.Through health calculation and evaluation,the doses received by tunnel construction personnelwithout radiation protection measures are lower than the requirements for effective dose constraint values.
