摘  要:由于我国高速列车运行速度的逐步提高以及服役时间的增长,加之人们对乘坐舒适度需求的提高,高速动车组车体异常振动而引发的一系列车体服役安全可靠性问题越来越受到人们的重视。而牵引变流器作为高速动车组中最重要的电气设备之一,其内部集成的冷却装置、变压器等设备在运行中会带来一定的振动激励。因此,为了改善高速动车组车体的振动状态,以某高速动车组的大型吊挂设备牵引变流器及其冷却单元为研究对象,进行隔振参数设计。然后,以牵引变流器及冷却单元的振动烈度及其隔振器处的动反力为设计指标,进行隔振参数的优化。结果表明:所设计的隔振参数均符合标准要求。Due to the gradual increase of running speed and service time of high-speed trains in China,as well as the improve-ment of people’sdemand for ride comfort,a series of safety and reliability problems caused by abnormal vibration of high-speed EMU body have attracted more and more attention.The traction converter is one of the most important electrical equipment in high-speed EMU,and its internal integrated cooling device,transformer and other equipment will bring certain vibration excita-tion in operation.Therefore,in order to improve the vibration state of the car body of the high-speed EMU,the traction converter and cooling unit of a large-scale suspension device of a high-speed EMU were taken as the research objects to design the vibration isolation parameters.Then,the vibration intensity of the traction converter and cooling unit and the dynamic reaction force at the vibration isolator are used as indicators to optimize the vibration isolation parameters.The results show that the designed vibration isolation parameters all meet the standard requirements.
