摘 要:轮胎定型硫化机中机械手的应用,将人类从繁重的手工搬运劳动中解放出来,同时也帮助轮胎企业提高了生产效率和自动化水平。随着实际生活对轮胎质量的要求越来越高,高性能轮胎生产设备也成为关注的重点。首先,阐述了轮胎定型硫化机的基本组成;其次介绍了轮胎定型硫化机机械手的结构和工作原理,并简单分析了一般硫化机机械手所具备的特点;最后结合当前一些研究实例,针对硫化机机械手在改善稳定性、防止干涉、降低成本、保护胎体和提高对中精度等方面的应用研究进展做了归纳综述。The application of manipulators in tire shaping vulcanizers liberates humans from heavy manual handling tasks,and also helps tire companies improve production efficiency and automation.As real life demands higher and higher tire quality,high-performance tire production equipment has also become the focus of attention.First,the basic composition of the tire shaping vulca-nizing machine is explained;secondly,the structure and working principle of the tire shaping vulcanizing machine manipulator are introduced,and the characteristics of the general vulcanizing machine manipulator are briefly analyzed;finally,combined with some current research examples,aiming at the vulcanizing machine manipulator The application research progress in improv-ing stability,preventing interference,reducing cost,protecting carcass and improving centering accuracy is summarized.
