摘 要:配电网络重构是优化配电网运行的有效方式,而分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)接入配网改变了配网潮流分布,影响配电网的优化运行。配电网优化运行是配网重构与分布式电源出力相互作用的结果,单方面的优化并不能使网络运行达到最优。针对这一问题,提出采用二层优化模型来对两者进行综合优化。建立以网络结构为决策变量的上层模型和以分布式电源出力为决策变量的下层模型,根据上下层决策变量的不同特点,通过同步优化二层模型中的决策变量以求得最优解。仿真算例表明,该方法能在降低配电网网损的同时有效提高电压,具有实用性和可行性。Distribution network reconstruction is an effective way to optimize the operation of the distribution network,and the integration of Distributed Generation(DG)into the distribution network changes the distribution of system power flow and affects the optimal operation of the distribution network.The optimization of distribution network operation is the result of the interaction between distribution network reconstruction and the output of DG.Unilateral optimization cannot achieve optimal network operation.In response to this issue,this article proposed a twolayer optimization model to comprehensively optimize both.We have established an upper level model with network structure as the decision variable and a lower level model with distributed power output as the decision variable.Based on the different characteristics of the upper and lower level decision variables,we synchronously optimized the decision variables in the two-layer model to obtain the optimal solution.Simulation examples show that this method can effectively increase voltage while reducing network losses in distribution networks,and is practical and feasible.
