不完全信息博弈视角下科研导向型教学模式探究

摘  要:教师采用科研导向型教学模式,对于培养学生的批判性创造性思维具有重要意义。授课教师的教学模式影响研究生的学习方式,如果教师采用“本科化”授课方式,研究生只是被动地接受知识,不利于科研思维的培养。科研导向型教学模式注重引导学生发现科学问题、掌握科学研究的思路,从而提高了研究生的科研能力。鉴于此,以经济管理类研究生的专业课“中级微观经济学”为例,分析科研导向型教学模式的内涵和实施步骤,使用不完全信息静态博弈证明采用科研导向型教学模式的必要性,并且从开设专题讲座、授课教师与导师协同培养、探讨多元化教学模式以及打造基于科研能力培养的习题库等方面提出保障措施,为推动教学改革、建设示范课程提供参考。It is of great significance for teacher to adopt scientific research-oriented teaching mode to cultivate students′ability of critical and creative thinking.Teacher’s teaching mode affects the learning mode of graduate students.If the teacher adopts the"undergraduate"teaching mode,graduate students would accept knowledge passively,which is not conducive to the cultivation of scientific research thinking.The scientific research-oriented teaching mode focuses on guiding graduate students to find scientific problems and master the ideas of scientific research,so as to improve the scientific research ability of postgraduates.In view of this,taking"Intermediate Microeconomics"as an example,the authors analyze the connotation and implementation steps of the scientific research-oriented teaching model,and use the incomplete information static game to prove the necessity of adopting the scientific research-oriented teaching model.From the aspects of setting up special lectures,collaborative training of teachers and tutors,exploring diversified teaching modes and building exercise bank based on the cultivation of scientific research ability,the authors also put forward safeguard measures to provide reference for promoting teaching reform and building demonstration courses.
