摘　　要：人性说是荀子育人思想体系的基石。实现对荀子育人思想的创造性转化和创新性发展,需要潜心审视和研究他的心性范畴。荀子所言人性恶立足于战国时期的客观实际,具有时代性、指向性。他的人性说是性与伪合,实现了先天与后天、道德与智识的统一,有具体而丰富的内涵。它包容了情、虑、伪、积、习、行、知、智、能、病、命等多种要义,组成了一个具有核心层、抉择层、行动层、体悟层等四重结构的整体系统,并形成动力、控制、行为、评价等多重功能。荀子人性说是一个多元而立体,既植根传统而又充满活力的概念。它是关于人的本质属性及处理人与人关系的学说,它的学术活力正在于与当今社会的思想融通和理论创新。The theory of human nature is the cornerstone of Xunzi’s ideological system of educating people.To realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Xunzi’s ideological system of educating people,we need to examine and study his spiritual category with great effort.Xunzi’s evil of human nature has specific and rich connotation,which is based on the objective reality of the Warring States period,and has its time characteristics and directionality.His theory of humanity is a combination of nature and nurture,morality and intelligence.It contains a variety of essentials such as feeling,thinking,falsehood,product,habit,action,knowledge,wisdom,ability,disease and life,forming an overall system with a core layer,choice layer,action layer and evaluation layer,forming multiple functions such as power,control,behavior and evaluation.It is a pluralistic and three-dimensional,rooted in tradition and vibrant concept.Xunzi’s theory of human nature is a theory about the essential attributes of human beings and how to deal with human relations,and its academic vitality lies in the ideological integration and theoretical innovation of today’s society.
