煤矸石路基填料有害元素释放特性试验研究

摘  要:通过对贵州省六盘水市大河煤矿、月照机场、小屯路三个位置堆积煤矸石浸出液进行采集分析,试验研究了密闭环境和开放环境条件下,煤矸石中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Fe释放特性。结果表明:环境的密闭性和开放性对其浸出液中的有害元素释放特征及释放量有重要的影响,pH值、Pb、Cd、As等有害元素的释放,一般在密闭环境下较低,而在开放环境下释放量较大;煤矸石的堆积处理方式与周边环境关系对其金属元素的释放有重要的影响,煤矸石浸出液中部分有害元素随着时间的增长,其释放量逐渐增大(如:Hg)。因此,煤矸石作为路基填料填充利用时,需要首先对其进行分层灭菌处理,保持内部干燥状态,并进行隔绝外部环境的处理。Based on the collection and analysis of the leaching solution of coal gangue accumulated at three locations,namely,Dahe Coal Mine,Yuezhao Airport and Xiaotun Road in Liupanshui City,Guizhou province,the release characteristics of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Fe of coal gangue in closed and open environments are experimentally studied.The results show that the tightness and openness of the environment have a significant impact on the release characteristics and amount of harmful elements in the leaching solution.The release values of harmful elements such as pH,Pb,Cd and As are generally lower in a closed environment,but higher in an open environment.The relationship between the deposit treatment of coal gangue and the surrounding environment has an important influence on the release of metal elements.With the increase of time,the release values of some harmful elements in the gangue leaching solution increases gradually(such as Hg).Hence,when the coal gangue is used as the subgrade filler in construction,it needs to be stratified sterilized,and keep dry and be isolated from the external environment.
