摘  要:【目的】为选育耐弱光的紫叶生菜品种。【方法】以5个不同品种的紫叶生菜为材料,在215μmol/(m^(2)·s)和545μmol/(m^(2)·s)两种光照强度条件下,研究弱光对其表型、营养品质和抗氧化性的影响。【结果】与对照光照强度545μmol/(m^(2)·s)处理相比,215μmol/(m^(2)·s)处理显著提高了不同品种紫叶生菜的株高、叶长和叶柄长,降低了植株的茎粗、根系长度等生长指标,其中北紫生7号相关表型性状的变化幅度要小于其他品种;同时,弱光降低了不同品种紫叶生菜的可溶性糖、V-C、可溶性蛋白和花青素的含量,提高了硝酸盐含量,其中北紫生6号的降低幅度要小于其他品种;此外,弱光降低了不同品种紫叶生菜的抗氧化酶活性,其中北紫生6号的降低幅度要小于其他品种。【结论】弱光促进了不同品种紫叶生菜的生长,但抑制了不同品种紫叶生菜的营养品质和抗氧化酶活性;5个品种中北紫生7号的农艺性状受弱光影响较小,但北紫生6号的品质和抗氧化性受到弱光胁迫的影响较小,具有较强的耐性。[Objective]To select purple leaf lettuce varieties for resistant the low light,we compared the quality and antioxidant properties in different varieties of purple leaf lettuce.[Methods]Using 5 different varieties of purple leaf lettuce as materials,study the effects of weak light on its growth,nutritional quality,and antioxidant activity under two light intensities of 215μmol/(m^(2)·s)and 545μmol/(m^(2)·s).[Results]Compared with the normal light intensity of 545μmol/(m^(2)·s),the low light intensity of 215μmol/(m^(2)·s)significantly increased height,leaf length,and petiole length of different varieties of purple leaf lettuce,and decreased the growth indicators such as stem diameter and root length of the plant.Among them,the change amplitude of Beizisheng 7 varietieswas smaller than that of other varieties.Additionally,the low light intensity decreased the level of soluble sugar,V-C,soluble protein,and anthocyanin in different varieties of purple leaf lettuce.The nitrate content of Beizisheng 6 was increased,and the reduction range was smaller than that of other varieties.Moreover,weak light reduced the antioxidant enzyme activity of different varieties of purple leaf lettuce,with the decrease of Beizisheng 6 being smaller than that of other varieties.[Conclusion]Weak light promoted the growth of different varieties of purple leaf lettuce,but inhibited the nutritional quality and antioxidant enzyme activity of different varieties of purple leaf lettuce.Among the five varieties,the agronomic traits of Beizisheng 7 are less affected by weak light,while the quality and antioxidant capacity of Beizisheng 6 are less affected by weak light stress and have strong tolerance.
