摘  要:天然气装置运行过程中的湍流极易导致主管发生振动疲劳失效,为了减小湍流激振下天然气装置主管疲劳失效风险并保障其安全经济运行,建立了湍流激振下天然气装置主管疲劳失效概率评估模型,综合考虑天然气装置主管湍流激振疲劳失效费用和建造成本,在保障结构安全的基础上建立了以总费用最小为目标的主管结构优化设计模型,基于模拟退火算法提出了天然气装置主管结构优化设计方法,开展了天然气装置主管结构优化设计,并采用枚举法对天然气装置主管结构优化设计方法进行验证分析。结果表明:提出的主管结构优化设计方法可以精确高效地开展湍流激振下的天然气装置主管结构优化设计,结构优化设计后天然气装置主管疲劳失效概率与成本均显著降低。Turbulence during the operation of natural gas plant can easily result in vibration fatigue failure of the main pipe.To reduce the failure risk of the main pipe of natural gas plant under turbulence excitation and ensure its safe and economic operation,this paper builds an evaluation model for fatigue failure probability of the main pipe of natural gas plant under turbulence excitation.By taking into account the fatigue failure cost and construction cost of turbulence excitation in the main pipe of natural gas plant,it constructs an optimization design model of the main pipe structure for minimizing the total cost based on ensuring structural safety.Based on the simulated annealing algorithm,an optimization design method for the main pipe structure of natural gas plant is proposed.Meanwhile,the enumeration method is adopted to verify and analyze the proposed optimization design method.The results show that the proposed method can accurately and efficiently carry out the optimization design of the main pipe structure of natural gas plant under turbulence excitation,and the fatigue failure probability and cost of the main pipe of natural gas plant after structural optimization design are significantly reduced.
