摘 要:针对简单运动和复杂运动的关联性不清的问题,从肌肉协同分析角度,利用非负最小二乘法和余弦相似度相结合的方法,对两类运动的关联性进行研究。分别设计上肢简单和复杂运动范式,并采集20名健康受试者在运动执行过程中的8通道表面肌电信号(sEMG);利用非负矩阵分解方法对8通道sEMG进行解码,分别提取上肢简单和复杂运动的肌肉协同模式;采用非负最小二乘法求解线性组合模型中非负线性系数,并据此与简单运动的协同模式进行运动重构;通过余弦相似度评估重构运动与复杂运动之间的相似性,并探讨简单运动和复杂运动的关联性。研究结果表明,复杂运动协同模式是简单运动协同模式的保留和合并;模式保留说明简单和复杂运动之间存在共享的基本肌肉协同模式,模式合并说明复杂运动的协同模式是简单运动协同模式的线性组合。该研究可为神经肌肉运动控制和肌-机接口技术研究提供参考。In order to solve the unclear correlation between muscle synergy patterns of simple and complex movements,the method of combining non-negative least square and cosine similarity was utilized to study the correlation between the two types of movements from the perspective of muscle synergy analysis.Firstly,simple and complex upper limb movement paradigms were designed separately and 8-channel surface electromyography(sEMG)signals were recorded from 20 healthy subjects during movement execution.Secondly,muscle synergy patterns for simple and complex upper limb movements were extracted respectively by decoding of 8-channel sEMG signals using non-negative matrix factorization.Then,the non-negative linear coefficients of the linear combination model were calculated using the non-negative least square and the reconstructed motions were constructed based on these coefficients and the synergy patterns of simple movements.Finally,the similarities between the reconstructed motions and complex movements were evaluated by cosine similarity,and the correlation between simple and complex movements was explored.The results show that synergy patterns of complex movements are the preservation and merging of synergy patterns of simple movements.The preservation of synergy patterns indicates that there are shared basic muscle synergy patterns between simple and complex movements,and the merging of synergy patterns indicates that the synergy patterns of complex movements are a linear combination of synergy patterns of simple movements.The research provides a theoretical basis for the study of neuromuscular motor control and a reference for the study of muscle-computer interface technology.
