摘  要:随着风电渗透率不断提升,因风速随机性产生的随机小扰动对电力系统稳定性产生影响。将风速引起的风电功率波动和负荷波动作为随机扰动源,利用特征值时域分析法确定小扰动稳定指标,采用非序贯蒙特卡洛分析方法进行概率模拟评估。引入交叉熵降低失效事件的稀疏性,提高蒙特卡洛算法的收敛精度和计算效率。通过仿真算例结果显示,验证了文中方法在小扰动稳定性分析的有效性。With the continuous improvement of wind power penetration,random small disturbances caused by the randomness of wind speed have an impact on the stability of the power system.Taking the wind power fluctuation and load fluctuation caused by wind speed as random disturbance sources,the small disturbance stability index is determined by the eigenvalue time domain analysis method,and the non-sequential Monte Carlo analysis method is used for probabilistic simulation evaluation.The introduction of cross-entropy reduces the sparsity of failure events and improves the convergence accuracy and computational efficiency of the Monte Carlo algorithm.The simulation results show that the effectiveness of this method in the stability analysis of small disturbances is verified.
