摘　　要：目的探讨手术导萌联合正畸矫治对小儿上颌前牙埋伏阻生的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月于滕州市中心人民医院治疗的60例上颌前牙埋伏阻生患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用手术导萌疗法,试验组采用手术导萌联合正畸矫治。比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应总发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术导萌联合正畸矫治对小儿上颌前牙埋伏阻生的治疗效果显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of surgical guide eruption combined with orthodontic treatment on impacted maxillary anterior teeth in children.Methods A total of 60 children with impacted maxillary anterior teeth in Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group used surgical guide eruption treatment,while the experimental group used surgical guide eruption combined with orthodontic treatment.The total effective rate of treatment and overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the overall incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical guide eruption combined with orthodontic treatment on impacted maxillary anterior teeth in children has significant therapeutic effect and few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
