整合医学理念在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析整合医学理念在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至6月于新疆医科大学第三临床医学院妇产科实习的40名医学生为研究对象,根据教学方式分为对照组和研究组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规教学,研究组采用整合医学理念教学。比较两组学生的理论知识、临床技能考核成绩,以及学生教学满意度。结果研究组理论知识和临床技能考核成绩、教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整合医学理念应用于妇产科临床实习教学中,能够提升考核成绩,提高学生的教学满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of integrative medicine concept in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 40 medical students in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the Third Clinical Medical School of Xinjiang Medical University from January to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the teaching method.The control group received conventional teaching,while the research group received integrative medicine teaching.The examination results of theoretical knowledge and clinical skill,and the teaching satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The examination results of theoretical knowledge and clinical skill,and the teaching satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrative medicine concept applied to the clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can improve examination results and teaching satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
