摘 要:随着社会的不断发展,以及全球经济一体化的不断深入,人们对以智力、知识、信息等为主要元素的知识经济认识不断加深,知识产权意识也越来越深入人心,其重要性越来越受到各个国家和地区的重视。本文以专利权为例,全面分析了专利价值评估的各种影响因素,将相关的因素指标提取,构建了一个全面并具有代表性的三层专利价值评估指标体系,基于该评估指标体系结合AHP与模糊数学理论,构建了AHP-模糊综合评价法的专利价值评估模型。该模型的评估过程结合了专家打分法,克服了评估机构用收益法可能忽略某些影响因素,为以后的知识产权价值评估起到了一定的借鉴作用。With the continuous development of the society and the deepening of global economic integration,people's understanding on the knowledge economy with intelligence,knowledge and information as the main elements deepens.The awareness of intellectual property rights is getting deeper and deeper in people's mind,which has aroused more attention from various countries and regions.This paper takes patent right as an example,and comprehensively analyzes various influencing factors of patent value assessment.By extracting relevant factor indexes,a comprehensive and representative three-layer patent value assessment index system is constructed.Based on this system,combined with AHP and fuzzy mathematical theories,the patent value assessment model of the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.This model combines the expert scoring method,overcomes the possibility that the evaluation organization may ignore certain influencing factors by using the income method,and provides reference for the future value evaluation of intellectual property rights.
