团体心理辅导对小学生自信心干预的实证研究

摘　　要：采用小学生自信心问卷对1098位小学生进行自信心水平测量,并选取20名低自信心小学生,采用随机分组的方式将其分配至干预组和控制组,以考察团体心理辅导对提升小学生自信心的效果。干预组成员接受为期6周、每周1次的团体心理辅导,控制组则如常。结果表明:1.小学生自信心总体处于中等水平,低自信水平占比12%,自信心总分在性别上无显著差异;2.干预组在团体心理辅导前后自信心水平显著提升,并且显著高于控制组;控制组自信心水平前后无显著差异。团体心理辅导可以有效提升小学生自信心水平。To explore the effect of group psychological counseling on improving the self-confidence of elementary school students,the research group measured the level of self-confidence in 1098 pupils with a primary school students'self-confidence questionnaire,selected 20 low self-confidence pupils,and used random grouping to assign them to the intervention group and control group.The members of the intervention group accepted group psychological counseling once per week for 6 weeks,while the control group continued as usual.The results show that:1.The self-confidence of pupils was basically at a medium level,and the low self confidence level accounted for 12%.There was no significant difference in gender in terms of self-confidence in pupils.2.The level of self-confidence in the intervention group increased significantly after group counseling and was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the level of self-confidence of the control group all the time.In summary,group psychological counseling can effectively improve the level of self-confidence in pupils.
