立德树人视域下高校学业预警制度的运行忧思与优化

摘　　要：进入新时期,坚持高水平落实立德树人根本任务,全力提升高等教育的根本质量,成为时代进步和民族复兴对高校的必然要求。但是在高等教育进入大众化阶段以来,高校学风质量出现下滑趋势,形势不容乐观。因此,如何在立德树人理念下实现学生学习质量的提升,实现具备较强综合素质人才的大规模培养,成为高校必须面对和解决的现实问题。从高校的学业预警制度着手,分析了制度对学生教育管理的必要性,也指出制度运行中普遍存在的事后补救、成绩决定、单一标准的问题,并从加强制度导向的预警性、加强预警要素的全面性、加强触发条件的弹性和加强问题干预的协同性四个方面提出优化建议。In the new era,persisting in the high-level implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,and making every effort to improve the fundamental quality of higher education have become the inevitable requirements of the progress of The Times and national rejuvenation for colleges and universities.However,since the popularization of higher education,the quality of academic style in colleges and universities has declined,and the situation is not optimistic.Therefore,how to improve the quality of students’learning under the concept of building morality and cultivating talents,and to realize the large-scale cultivation of talents with strong comprehensive quality,has become a practical problem that colleges and universities must face and solve.Starting from the school early warning system of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the necessity of education to the student management system,and points out that the common remedy in the operation of the system,decision of the achievement,the problem of a single standard,and from four aspects of strengthening the guidance of the warning system,the comprehensive early warning elements,the flexibility of the trigger condition and the intervention of collaborative,the optimization advice is put forward.
