摘　　要：四川大学华西医院针对新时期大型综合性公立医院面临的机遇与挑战,经过18年的探索,总结出一套大型综合性公立医院各类岗位设置的方案,为广大公立医院岗位设置提供参考依据。In response to the opportunities and challenges faced by large comprehensive public hospitals in the new era, West China Hospital of Sichuan University has summarized a set of plans for various positions in public hospitals through 18 years of exploration, and provides a reference basis for the position setting of public hospitals.
