摘　　要：随着全球突发公共卫生事件的爆发,各行各业对证据与决策关注日盛,成为改变研究的计划、生产、综合、实施以及知证决策的一个重要触发因素。全球证据委员会的成立以及两份报告的发布,进一步强调知证决策在应对社会挑战中的重要性。随着循证社会科学理念的传播和发展,需要不断完善从证据到决策的生态系统,为不同决策者应对社会挑战提供科学的方法和途径。本文旨在对《全球证据委员会报告》解读,阐述证据的需求和供给、全球公共产品以及应对社会挑战的八条核心建议,提出循证社会科学从证据到决策生态系统面临的关键问题及其相关对策,促使证据成为各类决策者日常工作和生活的中心。As the global health crisis erupts, there is an unprecedented focus on evidence across all sectors,becoming a critical trigger for changing research plans, development, synthesis, implementation, and evidence-informed decision-making. The establishment of the Global Commission on Evidence and the publication of two reports further emphasize the significance of evidence-informed decision-making in addressing social challenges. With the dissemination and development of evidence-based social science, there is a need to continually improve the ecosystem from evidence to decision and provide rigorous methods and approaches for different decision-makers to address social challenges. This article aims to interpret the Evidence Commission Report and explain the demand and supply of evidence, global public goods, and eight most-important Evidence Commission recommendations that can be used to address most social challenges. It also presents the key issues and insights that the evidence-based social science ecosystem faces from evidence to decision-making, putting evidence at the center of everyday work and life.
