摘  要:在采用单相交流供电的电机驱动系统中,将电解电容替换成小电容会导致逆变器直流侧二倍频电压波动。该工况造成反电动势估测值中包含二倍频谐波,降低小电容电机驱动系统中采用无位置传感器控制策略的精确度。为了解决这些问题,文章提出一种变换坐标系滤波的改进滑模观测器。它可以将反电动势转换为直流分量,谐波依旧是交流分量,从而将基波信息完整地提取出来。该方法对反电动势不产生负面影响,可以很好地去除二倍频谐波,提高系统运行的稳定性。实验证明文章设计的控制方法有效。In the motor drive system with single-phase AC power supply,replacing the electrolytic capacitor with a small capacitor will cause the second harmonic voltage fluctuation on the DC side of the inverter.This working condition causes the estimated back electromotive force to contain second harmonic,reducing the accuracy of the position sensorless control strategy used in the small capacitor motor drive system.To address these issues,this paper proposes an improved sliding mode observer for transforming coordinate system filtering.The back electromotive force can be converted into a DC component,while the harmonics remain the AC component,thus extracting the fundamental information completely.This method does not have a negative impact on the back electromotive force and can effectively remove the second harmonic,improving the stability of system operation.Finally,the effectiveness of the control method was verified through experiments.
