摘　　要：高校生化实验室是进行自然科学研究的重要场所,属于安全管理的重点对象。新建本科院校由于经费有限,实验室管理不够规范,在安全投入方面欠缺。针对以上问题,以提升广西民族师范学院化学与生物工程学院实验室管理水平为目标,分析了新建本科院校生化实验室的安全管理现状,并探索实验室安全管理体系的构建。提出高校应培养一支思想站位高、技术过硬的实验室管理队伍,为新建本科院校生化实验室的管理提供新思路。Biochemical laboratory in colleges and universities is an important place for natural science research,and is the key object of safety management.Due to the limited funds,the laboratory management of the newly-built undergraduate colleges is not standardized enough,the safety investment is insufficient.Because of the above problems,this paper analyzes the current situation of safety management of biochemical laboratories in newly-built undergraduate colleges,and explores the construction of a laboratory safety management system by aiming at improving laboratory management of College of Chemistry and Bioengineering at Guangxi Minzu Normal University.It is suggested that colleges and universities should cultivate a laboratory management team with high ideological standing and excellent technology,which provides new ideas for the management of biochemical laboratories in newlybuilt undergraduate colleges.
