摘 要:3通道蛇形PEMFC(质子交换膜燃料电池)因能量转换效率高、体积小、低噪声、清洁无污染等优势而被广泛应用。3通道蛇形燃料电池流场内燃料压力、燃料流量直接决定着电池的电压-电流性能,采用数值仿真法分析3通道蛇形流场质子交换膜燃料电池的燃料压力、流量对电池性能及启动性能的影响,可以直观获得膜燃料电池通过实验手段无法测量局部微弱变化。仿真结果表明:电池电压、电流分别受氢气压力和流量影响较大;当氢气与空气的流量比控制在1.3—3.0时,电池的输出电流最佳,电池的电流密度分布比较均匀;电池启动后电池和电流都有一定波动,电池运行13 min以后,电池电压和电流趋于稳定。3通道蛇形质子交换膜燃料电池仿真模型的建立为燃料电池流场仿真模型的构建与优化提供了参考。3-channel serpentine PEMFC(proton exchange membrane fuel cell)is applied widely because of its advantages of high energy conversion efficiency,small size,low noise,cleanliness and no pollution.However,the working pressure and fuel flow in the flow field of the 3-channel PEMFC affect the voltage-current performance of PEMFC directly.Currently,the local weak changes of PEMFC cannot be measured by experiment,and the influence on the performance of the PEMFC can be obtained by numerical simulation intuitively.The simulation results show that the hydrogen pressure has a great influence on the voltage and the hydrogen flow has a great influence on the current.When the hydrogen to air flow ratio is controlled at 1.3-3.0,the output current of the PEMFC reaches the maximum and the current density distribution is uniform.After starting,the voltage and current fluctuate to a certain extent,the battery runs about 13 min,the battery voltage and current tend to be stable.The establishment of the simulation model of 3-channel serpentine proton exchange membrane fuel cells provides a reference for the construction and optimization of the simulation model of fuel cell flow field.
