摘 要:中高职贯通是培养高素质高技术技能人才的重要途径之一,工匠精神的提出则对贯通模式培养人才带来新的要求。现阶段,高职院校在开展电子专业人才贯通培养时,仍然存在着“重技术、轻素养”现象,导致学生工匠精神培育效果不理想,专业人才流失严重。究其主要原因有:学生身份认同感不高、工匠精神评价模糊和高职院校重视程度低。为此,必须厘清电子技术专业工匠精神内涵、创新规划贯通模式顶层设计、强化职业教育类型定位与落实评价导向作用,将工匠精神深度融合在人才培养的各个环节,为新时代高职院校践行立德树人使命任务提供一定的参考。One of the important ways to cultivate high quality and technical talents is to connect middle and higher vocational education.The proposal of craftsman spirit brings new requirements to cultivate talents by through model.At present,the phenomenon of valuing technology and neglecting quality might exist in the comprehensive cultivation of electronic professionals in vocational colleges,which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit and the serious drain of professional talents.The reasons might be students'sense of identity is not high and the craftsman spirit evaluation is vague.Clearly,vocational colleges pay low attention to it.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the connotation of the craftsman spirit of the electronic technology specialty,innovate the top-level design of the planning and implementation model,strengthen the type orientation of vocational education,implement the evaluation guidance role,and integrate the craftsman spirit in all aspects of talent cultivation.The aim is to provide a certain reference for vocational colleges in the new era and carry out the mission of establishing morality.
