传播学视阈下中华文化外宣翻译策略研究——以甘肃民间传统节日文化翻译为例

摘　　要：中国民间传统节日是中华优秀文化的重要组成部分,也是传播中华文化的重要载体。以传播为目的让中华文化走出去是新时代外宣翻译的责任与使命,良好的外宣翻译也可以促进中华文明与世界文明的交流与互补。基于此,通过梳理甘肃民间特有的传统节日文化特点、传播现状和存在的问题,提出在具体的外宣翻译过程中,要充分发挥政府和当地高校等的作用,构建有效宣传平台,创建话语空间,根据海外译语读者的需求,以期加大对甘肃省特有传统节日文化的宣传及保护力度,增强传达节日文化内涵的传播。It is obvious that Chinese traditional folk festivals are an important carrier for disseminate Chinese culture and results of accumulation and development of a nation's long history and culture.Spreading Chinese culture abroad is a new challenge for the foreign publicity translation in the new era.A good foreign publicity translation will promote the exchange and complementation of cultures around the world.The paper tries to introduce the characteristics,dissemination status and problems of Gansu's traditional folk festival culture.Then,it further recommend that the role of the government,local universities and the other relevant institutions should enhance the function of foreign publicity translation.It is necessary to build an effective publicity platform and create discourse space.According to the needs of the target language readers,it is important to increase the promotion and protection of specific festival culture in Gansu Province.The aim is to strengthen the dissemination of the festival culture.
