沙参麦冬汤加减对肺癌放疗患者生存质量及生存期的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究沙参麦冬汤加减对肺癌放疗患者生存质量及生存期的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年5月于本院就诊治疗的肺癌放疗患者90例,按随机数字表法将患者分为中药组44例和对照组46例,对照组仅采用单一放疗,中药组在对照组基础上采用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,观察两组临床疗效,并比较治疗前后两组患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)以及细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)水平、白细胞(WBC)和血小板水平变化,并观察两组患者放疗副反应、生存质量及生存期差异。结果:中药组临床总有效率为50.00%,明显高于对照组的28.26%(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组血清NSE、CEA及CYFRA21-1水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组WBC和血小板水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中药组恶心呕吐、放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎、心脏损伤等副反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组肺癌患者生活质量量表(FACT-L)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中药组患者1年生存率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤加减治疗肺癌放疗患者效果显著,可有效降低患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,减缓WBC和血小板减少速率,降低放疗副反应,提高患者生活质量水平和1年生存率,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the effects of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction on quality of life and survival period of patients undergoing lung cancer radiotherapy.MethodsA total of 9Opatients undergoing lung cancer radiotherapy in the hospital were enrolled between October 2019and May 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(44cases)and control group(46cases).The control group underwent radiotherapy alone,while TCM group was additionally treated with modified Shashen Maidong Decoction.The clinical curative effect in both groups was ob-served.The changes in levels of serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin fragment 19(CYFRA21~1),white blood cell(WBC)and platelet before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.The differences in radiotherapy side effects,quality of life and survival time between the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was significantly higher than that of control group(50.00%vs 28.26%)(P<0.05).After treatment,levels ofserum NSE,CEA and CYFRA21~lin TCM group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while WBC and platelet levelswere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of side effects such as nausea and vomiting,radiation pneumonia,radiation esophagitis,and heart injury in TCM group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,score of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung(FACT-L)in TCM group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and 1-year survival rate in the TCM group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction is significant on patients undergoing lung cancer radiotherapy,which can effectively reduce levels of serum tumor markers,slow down the decline rates of WBC and platelet,reduce radiotherapyside effects,improve quality of life and 1-yea
