摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化及脑血管发病率的升高,正常压力脑积水(NPH)受到的关注度也逐渐增高,其发病机制复杂且目前治疗手段有限。中医药作为治疗NPH的有效手段,近几年有一系列的临床随机对照实验及治则治法经验的文献报道。本文分析近五年国内外文献,对中医复方及中药成分提取物治疗NPH的研究成果及近期的相关实验研究进行总结,阐述中医药治疗NPH的研究进展。With the aging of the population and the increasing incidence of cerebrovascular disease,the attention of normal pressure hydrocephulas(NPH)has gradually increased,and its pathogenesis is complex and western medicine treatment meth-ods are limited.As an effective means of treating NPH,traditional Chinese medicine has been reported in the literature in recent years on a series of clinical randomized controlled trials and experience in treating principles and methods.This paper analyzes the domestic and international literatures in the past five years,summarizes the research results of traditional Chinese medicine com-pounds and extracts of traditional Chinese medicine components in the treatment of NPH and the recent related experimental stud-ies,and describes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of NPH.
