摘　　要：既有的党建引领乡村治理研究侧重理性制度考察,相对忽视情感维度。文章以山西省W县的实践探索为案例,致力于呈现乡村情感治理的实现机制。研究发现,W县在实践中,逐渐形成了符号认知、行为互动和价值迁移三重情感治理机制,并基于人情动员、共情共鸣和利益激励的情感治理深层途径,构建了“空间—联系—共识”情感共同体。情感治理过程触发了村民的心理反应机制,产生了情感性的政党认同,有效提升了治理效能,也实现了政党与社会的一体化,强化了基层党组织的治理权威。Previous studies on rural governance led by the Communist Party of China have primarily focused on rational institutions while neglecting the emotional dimension.This article examines the grassroots emotion governance mechanism led by Party building,using W County in Shanxi Province as a case study.The research reveals the presence of three-level emotion governance mechanisms in the practice of village Party organizations in W County:symbolic cognition,behavior interaction,and value migration.The Party employs deep emotion governance strategies,including affective mobilization,empathetic resonance,and interest incentives,to establish an emotion community.This emotion community is built on three dimensions-space,connection,and consensus-led by the Party.The process of emotion governance triggers psychological reactions among villagers,fostering their Party identities.It also enhances rural governance effectiveness,promotes the integration between the Party and society,and ultimately consolidates the authority of grassroots Party organizations.The findings highlight the significance of considering the emotional dimension in rural governance.By utilizing emotion governance mechanisms,the Party building in W County has successfully engendered Party identities among villagers,improved rural governance effectiveness,facilitated the integration of the Party with society,and reinforced the authority of grassroots Party organizations.
