摘　　要：目的:检验修订版体重偏见内化量表(Modified Weight Bias Internalization Scale, WBIS-M)在青少年中的信效度。方法:对1845名青少年进行WBIS-M中文版调查,同时测试作为效标工具的简版8项目体形问卷、罗森博格自尊量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表以及荷兰进食行为问卷。间隔4周后,对314名青少年进行WBIS-M中文版重测。结果:探索性因素分析抽取1个特征值为5.818的因素,剔除1个项目。验证性因素分析表明,10项目的单维模型拟合度较好。量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.922,间隔4周的重测信度为0.915。量表得分与简版8项目体形问卷、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表、进食行为问卷得分正相关(r=0.686、0.517、0.489, P<0.01),与罗森博格自尊量表得分负相关(r=-0.581, P<0.01)。结论:WBIS-M中文版的信效度良好,能有效评估青少年的内化体重污名。Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of modified weight bias internalization scale(WBIS-M)in adolescents.Methods:A total of 1845 adolescents were investigated with Chinese version of WBIS-M.Meanwhile,the subjects filled in the short,eight item version of the body shape questionnaire,Rosenberg self-esteem scale,depression anxiety stress scales,and Dutch eating behavior questionnaire as the criterion measures.A test-retest evaluation was undertaken in 314 adolescents after 4 weeks.Results:The exploratory factor analysis showed that WBIS-M consisted of one factor(characteristic value=5.818),but item 1 was deleted due to low factor loading;The confirmatory factor analysis identified one factor model(10 items),and the model fit data was well;The Cronbach'sαwere 0.922,and test-retest reliability coefficient was O.915;The correlation between total score of the Chinese version of WBIS-M and body shape,depression anxiety stress and eating behavior was 0.686,0.517 and 0.489(P<0.01),and self-esteem was-0.581(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese version of WBIS-M had good reliability and validity,and could be used to measure adolescents'internalized weight stigma.
