摘 要:烧结混合料的粒度和水分是影响烧结矿产质量、能源消耗的关键参数。因生产环境复杂、粒径分布范围宽、物料堆叠等因素,其快速准确检测一直是烧结生产过程控制的难点。本文针对烧结混合料的物料特性,研发了一套烧结混合料粒度及水分检测机器人系统。系统由智能取样设备、机器人检测主机两大部分构成,智能取样设备用于获取混合料样本及弃料回收,机器人检测主机实现混合料的粒度及水分检测。该系统实现了烧结混合料的粒度及水分在线实时检测功能。本文成果可为烧结过程控制模型提供一定的借鉴与参考。The particle size and moisture detection system of sintering compound are the key parameters affecting the quality and energy consumption of sinter.Due to the complex production environment,wide particle size distribution range,material stacking and other factors,it has always been difficult to control the sintering production process to achieve its rapid and accurate detection.According to the material characteristics of sintering compound,a set of particle size and moisture detection robot system of sintering compound is developed.The system is composed of two parts:intelligent sampling equipment and robot detection host,the first one is used to obtain compound samples and waste material recovery,and the last one realizes the particle size and moisture detection of compound.The system makes the online real-time detection function of the particle size and moisture of the sintering compound come true.The results can provide a certain reference for model control during the sintering process.
