跨学科视域下电影治疗特性的理论思考与初步实践

摘　　要：电影治疗是认知科学与电影艺术的交叉领域,也是对临床领域和公共卫生系统有特殊影响的应用科学方法。作为区别于传统医疗的新型交叉手段,电影治疗并未完全遵从标准化临床诊断手册,故而需实践者调动受众从多元视角不断更新对精神疾病及其疗愈特性的认知。通过初步案例实践,结合现有跨学科研究成果可揭示电影作为一种干预手段的潜在特性和机制:改变认知模式、发展与塑造自我人格、调节自我情绪与心理平衡、激发潜意识、调节生命节律、行为暴露与系统脱敏。Cinema therapy combines neuro-cognitive sciences and film art,and is considered a novel research-based approach in clinical areas and public health systems.Due to its multifaceted characteristics,adequate research relates to complexity sciences and requires new techniques.Outcomes suggest to discuss pathologies also from artistic and cultural perspectives,which may transcend standardized diagnostic guidelines,though.This impacts on clinical practice alongside dynamic feedback loops involving neuro-cognitive theories of mental illness,individualized medicine and artistic phenomenology.Based on preliminary interdisciplinary case-studies,the article suggests a spectrum of potential therapeutic characteristics and underlying neurocognitive mechanisms such as transformation of cognitive patterns,modified self-concepts and personal growth,self-regulation techniques,psychosomatic balance,activation of subliminal dynamics and regulating life rhythm.
