摘　　要：目的 建立试管内悬液定量抑菌试验方法,评价乳酸菌型抑菌剂体外抑菌效果。方法 采用试管内悬液定量抑菌试验法并选用合适的培养基,对一种妇科乳酸菌抑菌剂的体外抑菌效果进行实验室观察。结果 配合伊红-亚甲蓝琼脂培养基和沙堡琼脂培养基培养大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌,试管内悬液定量抑菌试验方法可评价乳酸菌抑菌剂的抑菌效果。该乳酸菌抑菌剂在使用浓度100 g/L条件下作用2 min,对大肠埃希菌抑菌率为80.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均达到99.9%以上。结论 试管内悬液定量抑菌试验方法配合选择合适的培养基,可用于妇科乳酸菌型抑菌剂的抑菌效果评价。Objective To establish the method of suspension quantitative bacteriostatic test in tube,and to evaluate the bacteriostatic effect of lactic acid bacteriostat for women.Methods Suspension quantitative bacteriostatic test in tube with appropriate mediums were used to observe the bacteriostatic effect of a lactic acid bacteriostat for women in laboratory.Results With Eosin-Methylene blue agar medium and Sabouraud's dextrose agar medium to culture Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans,the suspension quantitative bacteriostatic test in tube could evaluate the antibacterial effect of lactic acid bacteria.The results showed that at the concentration of 100 g/L of this lactic acid bacteriostat for 2 min,the bacteriostatic rates against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were 80.10%,99.9% and 99.9%,respectively.Conclusion The suspension quantitative bacteriostatic test in tube with suitable mediums is suitable for the bacteriostatic effect evaluation of lactic acid bacteriostat using on gynecology.
