摘 要:为了研究狗枣猕猴桃多酚提取物(APE)的抗疲劳作用,本试验将小鼠随机分成6个组:空白对照组、疲劳模型组、茶多酚对照组[茶多酚,30 mg/(kg·bw·d)]、狗枣猕猴桃多酚低、中、高剂量组[灌胃剂量分别为25、50和100 mg/(kg·bw·d)],每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃15 d,干预结束后进行负重游泳试验,记录各组小鼠的力竭游泳时间;并进行不负重游泳试验,分析小鼠运动后肝糖原(HG)和肌糖原(MG)含量变化,同时检测小鼠血清中乳酸(LD)和尿素氮(BUN)含量,以及肝脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果显示,与疲劳模型组相比较,狗枣猕猴桃多酚高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间极显著延长(P<0.01),HG和MG含量分别提高了54.26%和94.78%,血清中LD和BUN含量分别降低了55.22%和14.2%,肝脏中SOD活力和GSH含量分别提高了87.48%和66.14%,MDA含量降低了23.24%(P<0.01)。结果表明,狗枣猕猴桃多酚能提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力,为抗疲劳功能性食品的开发利用提供一定的科学依据。In order to investigate the anti-fatigue effect of Actinidia kolomikta polyphenols extract(APE),mice were randomly divided into six groups:blank control group,fatigue model group,tea polyphenol control group[tea polyphenol,30 mg/(kg·bw·d)],and APE low-,medium-,and high-dose groups[gavage doses of 25,50,and 100 mg/(kg·bw·d)respectively].Gavage was performed once a day for 15 days.After the intervention,a weight-bearing swimming test was conducted to record the exhaustive swimming time of mice in each group.Non-weight-bearing swimming test was also performed to analyze changes in liver glycogen(HG)and muscle glycogen(MG)levels after exercise.In addition,lactate(LD)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels in mouse serum were measured,as well as malondialdehyde(MDA)content,reduced glutathione(GSH)content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in liver tissues.The results showed that,compared with the fatigue model group,the APE high-dose group significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time of mice(P<0.01),increased HG and MG levels by 54.26%and 94.78%,decreased LD and BUN levels by 55.22%and 14.2%,and increased SOD activity and GSH content in the liver by 87.48%and 66.14%,while MDA content decreased by 23.24%(P<0.01).These results indicate that Actinidia kolomikta polyphenols can enhance the anti-fatigue ability of mice,providing a scientific basis for the development of functional foods with anti-fatigue properties.
